Emanuel (Manny) - Born and raised in the colorful blend of Colorado’s mountain spirit and Mexican roots, I'm a lively soul who’s always followed my taste buds. That passion recently found a new home behind the bar, where I discovered a love for mixology. Mixing cocktails has become my latest obsession, it’s flavor in liquid form, and I get to craft experiences one glass at a time. For me, bartending is just another way to connect with people, celebrate culture, and share a little joy (with a salted rim or a smoky mezcal twist).

Alexis - Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, I’m a proud native with deep Mexican roots that shape everything from the way I cook to the way I celebrate life. I’ve always had a passion for learning: that drive for discovery led me to create my own mobile bartending business, where I get to blend and craft creativity, and culture into every pour.

Outside of work, you’ll probably find me enjoying a good cigar. Something about the ritual and flavor that helps me slow down and appreciate the moment. My constant companion is my dog, who not only keeps me grounded but also serves as the unofficial mascot of my business. He's got more fans than I do at most events, and honestly, I’m okay with that.

Smart, loyal, and full of personality, Kiwi has been part of the family and the business since day one. While he doesn't attend events, he's always behind the scenes, offering moral support during late-night planning sessions, keeping spirits high during prep days, and reminding everyone to take a break and throw the ball now and then.

To the family, Kiwi isn’t just a pet, he’s part of the story. The “goodest” boy behind the bar (figuratively), and the quiet reminder that the best businesses are built on love, loyalty, and a little bit of fur.
